Regional Gastronomy

The Araras Eco Lodge follows the “Farm-to-Table” gastronomy concepts, utilizing the products from our farm and from the region.
Our buffet offers a variety of tasty, nutritious, healthy and balanced dishes, with emphasis on regional cuisine, besides a great variety of salads and fresh vegetables.
A great part of food is produced on the farm, such as honey, milk, yogurt, cheese, beef, lamb and buffalo meat. All the breads, cakes, salty and sweet snacks are baked at the lodge, with little sugar and salt, and a lot of love.
We prioritize the purchase of local products, either organic or with low use of agrochemicals.
We meet almost all diets and food restrictions, such as vegetarian and vegan, gluten free, lactose free, among others.
We understand that preparing healthy food, more than a concern, is our obligation.

Breakfast

Your day at Araras Lodge begins with a delicious and complete breakfast!
Served beside the pool, you follow the dawn at Pantanal watching a true spectacle of nature while you observe and hear innumerous birds.

Gastronomy Training

The Araras Eco Lodge staff receives regular trainings on healthy gastronomy and food safety.
We use drinking water for washing and disinfecting fruits and vegetables, preparing juices, ice and for cooking.
All the food is prepared, stored and packaged following the health surveillance concepts.

Artisan Beer of Cuiabá

Scented, tasty and refreshing. With the addition of ponkan tangerine peel and cilantro, Louvada Witbier is inspired in Belgium recipes without losing the soul from Cuiabá. Ideal for hot days and to harmonize with light dishes.
