The Pantaneiro Days offers you an overview the the culture and the environement of the Pantanal through a journey through nature, gastronomy  and the habits of this region.

Taking the Transpantaneira Park Road the meeting point will be at km 32 - Bararas Bar at around 10h30. The bar has a canteen and toilet facilities.

Our expert local guide will make a presentation of the Pantanal Flood Lands with pictures and texts. He has an in depth knowledge of the flora, fauna and culture of this region.

Reaching Araras Pantanal Eco Lodge, a hike on a trail passing by pristine forest and ending with a visit to the Monkeys’ Tower – a 25 m / 82 ft. high observation tower. From this vantage point opens a fantastic and unique view of a great area of the Pantanal lowlands.

Departure to RONCO DO BUGIO reservation for a typical day with the Pantanal cowboys and his steer, the hardy Pantaneiro Horse. Watch a tie-down roping where cowboys and their steer will lasso the cattle in a display of ability.

For lunch a hearty barbecue prepared at Ronco do Bugio. While lunch is served, the violeiros – singing and playing guitars provide good moments of Brazilian country music.

Late afternoon transfer to Cuiabá enjoying a last photo-safari on Transpantaneira Park Road.
